We’ve all had one of those mornings…you know the one, when you sleep through your alarm and wake up in a panic, ripping your clothes from the hangers and praying you grabbed two matching shoes as you make a mad dash for the office. But there’s good news – I have a few hair tricks up my sleeve for these exact days! These fabulous hairstyles take less than 5 minutes AND can be done in your car. While we can’t promise you’ll make it into work with a matching pair of shoes on your feet, we can promise you’ll be having a good hair day in spite of it all!

 

Half Up Knot

Number 4 Hair Care, Number 4 Hair, Hair Tutorial, Hair How To, Fast Hairstyles, Easy Hairstyles

Step 1: Pull half of your hair into a ponytail at the back of your head

Step2: Twist top half of hair into bun and secure with hair tie or pins.

 

Braided Chic

Step 1: Pull hair back into ponytail and secure with hair tie at top of head

Step 2: Take a small section of hair from bottom of ponytail and wrap around hair band. Secure to head with bobby pin.

Step 3: Braid ponytail and secure with hair tie.

Step 4: Gently pull on braid, loosening hair to give the illusion of volume

 

French Braided Bun

Step 1: French braid one side of your head, starting at your part and braiding to your ear and towards the back of your head.

Step 2: Once you have reached the back of your head, pull the rest of your hair towards the nape of your neck and wrap into a low, messy bun.

Step 3: Secure with hair tie.

 

Truly Effortless Pony

Step 1: Pull your hair into two sections and secure the remaining back half into a ponytail.

Step 2: Pull the right hair section across the back of your head over your hair tie and pin it on top of the ponytail, covering the hair tie.

Step 3: Repeat Step 2 with the left hair section and secure it to your head.
