Step 1: To participate in the Ambassador Program and receive commission on online orders at www.number4hair.com complete the form below.

Step 2: Once your application is approved, you will receive an Ambassador agreement and W-9 form within 2-3 days to review and complete.

Step 3: Send your completed Ambassador agreement and W-9 form back to ambassador@number4hair.com. Your Ambassador account will not be activated until the W-9 form and signed Ambassador agreement is received.

Step 4: Once your Ambassador account is activated, you will receive your custom promotional code and link.

Step 5: Our team will prepare your Number 4 Ambassador goodie box! Oh, darling – you’ll fall in love.

Step 7: Once your paid content is completed, email your invoice to ambassador@number4hair.com.

Step 8: By the 15th of the following month, we will calculate your commission amount and process your payment for the month prior.
